Mental Health Resources

May 1-7 is Mental Health Awareness Week. The Canadian Mental Health Association has designated this year's theme as storytelling. Collectively and individually, we have multiple layers and stories that make us who we are and while each year 1 in 5 Canadians experience a mental illness or mental health issue, 5 in 5 of us – that’s all people – have mental health.

We've compiled some resources and a list of a few of our members that work within the mental health field below.

Let's work together to raise awareness and destigmatize mental health.

Our Webinars

Since the beginning of COVID-19 we have been committed to bringing important and timely conversations to our members. Many of these conversations have been about mental health, and the effects that the COVID-19 pandemic is having on mental health. We have compiled all of these webinars in a playlist, for easy access, and you can watch them all below.

'DO YOU NEED A DAY OFF? A Candid Conversation on Moving Beyond and Preventing Burnout' (2022)
