If you are interested in building your profile and addressing the Halifax Chamber of Commerce's membership, please complete one of the forms below. We are closely monitoring all public health restrictions and will reintroduce in-person events as they allow.

Speaker request forms:

All completed forms will be submitted to the Chamber events team for review and speakers will be contacted as opportunities arise.

The Halifax Chamber has been hosting weekly webinars since the pandemic began in March. We continue to offer at least two webinars per month on topics relevant to the business community. We work with industry experts who can offer their relevant advice and expertise to our membership.

Speaker benefits:

  • Having a strong voice on an influential platform;
  • Raising your profile in the business community;
  • Acknowledgment as the event presenter in all promotional materials including a spot on the Event Calendar on the Chamber website, E-Bulletins, and through our social media channels;
  • Corporate logo on all promotions, event page, reminder email, and follow-up email;
  • Pre-event coordination, registration, marketing and promotions by Chamber staff.

Business Support Series

The Halifax Chamber of Commerce Business Support Series is a twice-monthly webinar series aimed at providing key insights and support to local businesses.

The series will explore a wide range of timely topics including financial planning, marketing strategies, human resources, crisis management and more. Facilitated by a Chamber Representative, industry experts will be invited to present on a topic and answer questions from the audience.

The web series takes place through Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10am to 11am. They will include a 30 min presentation and a minimum of 15 minutes for questions from the audience.
