WONDER WOMEN Marketplace vendor form

The 2026 Wonder Women conference is taking place on Friday, June 12, 2026.

Fill out the form below if you are interested in joining our vendor Marketplace at the upcoming Wonder Women Conference. 

This form will be sent directly to the Wonder Women Marketplace Organizer for review and approval. They will respond to all requests, please allow extra time for a response.

AS A VENDOR, YOUR BENEFITS INCLUDE: 
  • One booth (includes 6ft table, table linen, and two chairs. No electricity accommodation provided). 

  • Promotion of your business as a Marketplace Vendor on the Chamber’s social media platforms, Vendor directory, and recognition in Chamber e-newsletter and in Business Voice Magazine  ($1,500 marketing value) 

  • Entrance to the Wonder Women Conference – someone must be attending your booth at all times.  

Please note:
  • The rate for a booth is $650 + HST for members of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce. The rate for non-members is $1000 + HST. Reach out to see if you apply for our nonprofit rate.
  • Availability is typically determined on a first-come first-served basis.
