To the editor,
One of the traits of a great leader is being able to make decisions with imperfect and incomplete information. There have been few projects as poked, prodded, researched and analyzed as the new Halifax convention centre and the great preponderance of evidence indicates that this project is not only an acceptable investment risk, but an absolute winner. And yet for some unknown reason the Premier does not want to publicly make a decision -even Peter Kelly is said he supports this project!
So, what is the holdup Mr. Premier? If you are waiting for just the right time, unfortunately, that was months ago. Make a decision now before Nova Scotia looks any more indecisive and unsupportive of progress than we already do.
